Due to safety and security our drivers will ONLY be able to conduct a pick up or drop off at the location provided at the time of reservation. If a client needs to change their location of pick up or drop off we require a 48 hour notification via email prior to your reservation.
With the understanding that we are living in unprecedented times as it relates to Covid-19. With respect to your safety and our drivers, we may require our drivers to wear a mask during the time of transporting our clients.
As with the airlines, we require full payment at the time of your reservation. All payments are final. However, refunds can be issued if it's determined that Elite Shuttle Service did not fulfill our Promise of Excellent Service. Refunds will be issued between 3-5 business days.
During the time of your transport, Elite Shuttle Service prohibits the consumption of ANY and ALL alcoholic beverages. Smoking cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens or etc. is also prohibited. Any conduct that would be deemed offensive or pose danger to clients, drivers or members of the community will not be tolerated.
In an effort to maintain cleanliness of our vehicles, we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from discarding gum, sun flower seeds, trash and etc. inside of the vehicle.
After each transport we will clean and sanitize the vehicle making it safe for our next client.
At this current time we DO NOT transport pets of any kind. However, certificated SERVICE pets in a small animal travel carrier are permissible.
